ERAS 2027 signals: Internal Medicine gets 3 gold and 12 silver.Plan yours
How it works

From profile to plan in three steps.

You enter your profile once. We remove the programs you can't get, score the rest, and help you decide where to apply and where to signal.

Build your profile

Applicant type, exam scores and attempts, graduation year, hands-on USCE, visa, research and letters. We only ask what changes your result, and each question tells you why it matters. Your progress saves as you go.

Get your scored list

Programs that can't take you are filtered out, with the reason. Everything else gets a score from 0 to 100 and lands in reach, target or safer, with a suggested number of programs for each band.

Plan signals and apply

Place your gold and silver signals where they help most, track applications and interviews, and see what ERAS fees your list will cost before you submit.

Under the hood

Three stages, no black box.

Every stage shows its work, so you can disagree with it.

1

Hard filters

Visa not sponsored, graduation year past the limit, too many attempts, Step 2 below a hard cutoff, required USCE or ECFMG certification missing. Filtered programs are hidden by default, with a toggle to show them and why.

2

Fit score

A weighted score from your Step 2 CK against each program's cutoffs and past residents, IMG friendliness, school and country ties, years since graduation, USCE fit, research, visa fit and location.

3

Tiers and strategy

Scores become reach, target and safer bands. Weaker profiles get more programs and a heavier safer band, so your list matches your actual odds.

Explained scores

Every score comes with reasons.

Each program shows its top reasons for and against, in plain words. If a score looks wrong, you can see exactly which fact drove it.

Data you can trust

Every fact has a date and a source.

Program data is collected one program at a time from public sources and direct contact, then checked before it reaches you. Stale fields are flagged and re-verified before ERAS opens.

  • Sources: program websites, ACGME and NRMP public data, calls and emails
  • A second check before any program goes live
  • A correction button on every page
