    How it works

From profile to plan in three steps.

    Step 1

    Build your profile

Scores and attempts, graduation year, USCE, visa, research and letters. We only ask what changes your result, and tell you why.

    Step 2

    Get your scored list

Programs you can't get are filtered out, with the reason. The rest are ranked and split into reach, target and safer.

    Step 3

    Plan signals and apply

Place your signals, track applications and interviews, and see what ERAS fees your list will cost before you submit.

    Built for IMGs

The filters that cost IMGs a season.

Most tools treat these as footnotes. For an international graduate, any one of them can turn an application fee into a guaranteed rejection.

    visa

    J-1, H-1B, or neither

We store which visas each program sponsors and the year we confirmed it, then match it to the visa you need.

    yog

    Year of graduation

Many programs cap years since graduation at 3 to 5. We check your date against each limit.

    usce

    Hands-on, not observership

Months, setting, and whether a US letter came out of it. Programs that need hands-on time are flagged.

    attempts

    Exam attempts

We ask attempts per Step, not just pass or fail, and match them to each program's policy.

      FAQ

      Questions applicants ask.

Is a match score a guarantee?

No. A score is an estimate built from published requirements, past residents and your profile. We show the reasons so you can judge it yourself, and we never promise an interview or a match.

      Which specialties do you cover?

Internal Medicine first, including categorical, preliminary and primary-care tracks as separate entries. Family Medicine is next.

Where does the program data come from?

Public sources such as the ACGME program list, NRMP reports and program websites, plus our own calls and emails to programs. Every field shows its source and the date we checked it. If something is wrong, there's a correction button on every page.

      How is my price decided?

By the country your payment card was issued in, checked against your location. If the two don't match, the higher band applies.

What happens to my scores and visa details?

They're used to build your list and nothing else. We don't sell data. You can export or delete everything from your account at any time.

      Do I pay every month?

No. A season pass is one payment for the whole ERAS cycle. If you reapply next year, you buy a new pass.
